Order processing and shipping times are common inquiries. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days, while international orders vary based on location and customs processing. Tracking information is provided once available, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress.
Many customers ask about how to clean and care for plush toys. Most of our plush toys can be gently hand-washed or machine-washed on a low, delicate cycle, depending on the material. Questions about returns and exchanges are also common. To be eligible, plush toys must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe.
